Initiated and founded by nine sympathetic nonmedical friends who envisioned bringing health facilities to the interior parts of rural Kutch, the mission was supported by generous donors who placed immense trust in the project. Thus, in 1998, the hospital came into existence. The mission, hard work, continuous support, and backing from donors played a key role in expanding its wings into various faculties and projects. Experienced doctors, volunteers, and donors were the key contributors who helped shape its journey of care and compassion.
